Terms for a planning tool
These terms govern use of Shift Schedule Generator. By using the service, you agree to use its output as a planning aid and to review it before operational use.
Permitted planning use
You may create, edit, print, back up, share, and export schedules for lawful planning purposes. Do not use the service to violate privacy, employment, safety, intellectual-property, or other applicable obligations.
Your responsibility
You control the pattern, anchor, time zone, local times, crew mapping, names, thresholds, exceptions, and distribution. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and obtaining review from the appropriate HR, payroll, safety, legal, labor-relations, and operational teams.
No operational or compliance warranty
The service and its outputs are provided as available without a promise that a schedule is error-free, lawful, safe, adequately staffed, suitable for a particular workplace, or compatible with every calendar or browser. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use is at your own risk.
Availability and backups
The service may change, suspend, or remove features. Keep independent backups and do not rely on the service as the only record of a schedule.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
