How it works
From pattern to reviewed schedule
A four-step setup creates the first schedule. The workspace then keeps edits, checks, statistics, print output, sharing, and calendars on the same document.

Choose the actual rotation
Choose a versioned pattern. The card describes the exact cycle and crew requirement implemented by the engine.

Define local time and coverage
Set the IANA work-location time zone, cycle anchor date, date range, local shift endpoints, and optional planning thresholds.

Verify the generated matrix
Review the inclusive date range, crew phases, coverage strip, and the Day/Night sequence before using names.

Apply explicit exceptions
Select a matrix or agenda entry to change its crew or members. Use Undo to reverse the complete transaction.

Inspect every issue
Open Planning checks. Blockers keep the document in Draft; warnings remain visible for human review.

Publish with the correct gate
Print a text-based schedule, create a privacy-controlled share snapshot, or export an ICS only after all blockers are resolved.
Keep a recovery copy
The live document is local browser data. Download a JSON backup before clearing site data or moving to another device.
Share a snapshot, not a live document
A share link is a compressed read-only snapshot in the URL fragment. Hide member information unless names are necessary. The link cannot be revoked, is not signed, and does not update when the source changes.
